1. How to Measure

Underbust: Wrap the tape measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape level and take the measurement in inches — this gives your band size.
Bust/Overbust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level across your back. The difference between this and your underbust measurement gives your cup size.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, usually just above the belly button.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
For the most accurate results, measure over lightly padded or no bra, and keep the tape snug but not tight.

2. Bra Size Guide (UK)

UK bra sizes are made up of a band size (from your underbust measurement) and a cup size (from the difference between bust and underbust).
